Cancellation

• Clients may cancel their project at any time by providing written notice to Banyan Tree App.
• If a project is canceled, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Refunds

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If the client is not satisfied with our services, they must notify us within 14 days of the project initiation.
• We will work with the client to address any issues and determine if a refund is warranted.
• Any approved refunds will be issued within 30 days of the refund decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banyan Tree App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
